Globalization - Increase our market ratio from focusing on domestic market to overseas by getting recognition from international society as ISO/TS16949. It has created a big impact on the marketing capability, for example our customer, LEAR who has the IPO status (MNC) has given us 5 years of long supply agreement and has entered our company in their system as a global partner.
Partnership – Develop an establish relationships with customers with the approach of a partnership concept. It gives an advantage to both organizations. The product development establishes long term planning between supplier and customer. This will result in a long term business relation between the two organizations.
Improvement – Continually show commitment towards the betterment of the system, product, and environment as well as human development.
Innovative – Contributing extra effort into the organization by spending large amounts of investment on the conventional equipment for testing and reliability. Associate with local varsity or NGO for research and development, and earn recognition from the government of Malaysia.
